Sales Team Project Manager

Position Overview:

Swanline Group are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our External Sales team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and overseeing POS projects through the business, ensuring successful execution from point of order to delivery. They will require excellent organisational skills and will need to work closely with customers whilst liaising internally with Design, Graphics, SOP and Production teams

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage POS projects through the business

 

  • Planning and Co-ordination: Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines in line with client requirements. Coordinate resources, tasks, and deadlines to ensure timely and successful project delivery

 

  • Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates, timelines, and deliverables. Maintain open and transparent communication to manage expectations and address any concerns or issues promptly.

 

  • Cross Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various departments, including Design, Graphics, Production and SOP to achieve project deadlines

 

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges throughout the project. Develop strategies and contingency plans to address unforeseen obstacles and ensure project success.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the printing, POS or fulfilment industry

 

  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal team members

 

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
