Reinforcing the company’s leading position, Swanline Print has a VISIONCUT 1.6 PR Autoplaten® die cutter with Power Register which delivers unrivalled print-to-cut accuracy. The machine can die-cut to register double-sided printed sheets and is capable of running at 4,800 sheets per hour; perfect for high quality, shelf-ready, luxury and ecommerce packaging.
Swanline Print also operates a large format semi-automatic Nuri 2517 die cutter. This machine is capable of die cutting and fully stripping a maximum sheet size of 1720 x 2520mm at cycle speeds of up to 2,100 sheets per hour. It is exceptionally versatile, being able to convert various material substrates including solid board up to 3mm thickness and corrugated up to 8mm.
Swanline operates two clam-shell platens which are ideally suited to shorter runs and point-of-sale displays.
