Rebecca Howe is the Accounts Manager for Swanline Group; she started back in December 2017 as Accounts Supervisor and was promoted to Accounts Manager in April 2019.
Rebecca gained her qualifications before joining Swanline but has learnt a lot in her time here from the Finance Director regarding accounts and the packaging industry.
On a day-to-day basis Rebecca runs the Accounts departments at Swanline Print, Swanline Paper & Board and Corrboard Bioenergy and has a team of three assisting her.
Rebecca manages her team of three with their day-to-day activities of credit control, purchase ledger and payroll as well as managing the cashflow planning and accounts across all companies. She also deals with query management, as looking after three companies can bring many different queries on a daily basis and every day can be completely different from the next.
Rebecca tells us, “I consider myself very lucky that I have such a great accounts team, everyone just gets along really well at Swanline, it’s my favourite part of working here.”
In her spare time Rebecca is busy bringing up two children as well as a cocker spaniel who she enjoys taking for long walks.
