Meet Veronica: Swanline’s New Sales Project Manager

Meet Veronica, our sales project manager who recently joined the Swanline sales team. Originally from Venezuela, with a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering. Her degree helped Veronica to gain knowledge in manufacturing processes and gave her the skills needed to work within a fast-moving environment.

Although not from a packaging specific background, Veronica has quickly absorbed the operations behind Swanline and is managing a variety of client projects, as well as internal. Veronica possesses strong organisational and problem-solving skills which are essential for her role, which has made her a great fit.

We wanted to ask Veronica how her experience was so far at Swanline. She said “My experience at Swanline has been enjoyable so far, I started in a very busy period, so it was challenging. Although the Swanline team were very busy, they still were very supportive and offered to share knowledge of the industry and internal processes.”

Veronica also mentions “I found a place to work where people are very friendly and are like a family. Swanline has given me the opportunity to continue developing my capabilities, knowledge and skills, creating new systems that help the company’s internal continuous improvement goals”.

We asked what the best part of Veronica’s role is and if we could get a sneak peek of some projects she’s working on currently. She mentioned “I enjoy the project management side of the role, including organising tasks, departments, processes and client jobs. But most recently, I have helped the Swanline team implement a new system to streamline our live jobs with status notifications, improving communication between departments.”

We think Veronica has settled into her role well, already leading projects within the sales team! Her dedication to client management and improving customer relations will shine through as we head into 2025.

Outside of work, Veronica’s biggest joy comes from spending quality time with her family. “I love taking my family out to the forest and mountains,” she shares. “It’s wonderful to explore nature together and to show my daughter more of the world.”

Her daughter’s dedication to gymnastics is something Veronica is incredibly proud of. “She trains for three hours a day, and I love watching her develop her skills and grow stronger,” she adds.

When she’s not at work, Veronica also enjoys relaxing with her husband and daughter, watching movies, and going for walks. Family time is at the heart of everything she does!
