Sheeting Capabilities
Our bespoke Fosber/Stock sheeter, complete with Emmepi materials handling equipment, stands out as the only one of its kind in the UK. Our sheeter has the ability to sheet both single face and print liner materials, offering versatility and speed. Digital Printing
Swanline Group boasts two HP Scitex FB11000 digital presses, allowing us to produce vivid, high-resolution prints with remarkable speed and efficiency. These presses are perfect for point-of-sale displays and bespoke packaging, ensuring that our clients’ products stand out on the shelves. They feature CMYK colours, advanced automation, water based and UV curable inks, offering complete versatility. Additionally, our two 1-colour screen presses which enables wider Pantone colour matching, work great for specific branding colours. Mounting and Laminating Solutions
Our mounting and laminating capabilities are second to none, thanks to three state-of-the-art machines: the BOBST Asitrade Foliostar, Stock Maschinenbau, and Automatän EM laminators. These machines handle a wide range of materials, from “F” flute single-faced to “BC” double-wall corrugated and various rigid base boards. This versatility allows designers to optimise cost advantages and innovate across technologies, ensuring flexible and cost-effective solutions for both point-of-sale displays and corrugated packaging.
Die Cutting, Folding and Gluing
For high-quality, shelf-ready packaging, our two VISIONCUT 1.6 PR Autoplaten® die cutters with Power Register deliver unmatched print-to-cut accuracy. Capable of die-cutting double-sided printed sheets at speeds of up to 4,800 sheets per hour, these machines ensure precise, high-volume production. Additionally, our large format semi-automatic Nuri 2517 die cutter can handle various substrates, providing versatility and speed for large format packaging.
Our Lamina Gluer 2200 and Bobst Expertfold Gluer offer exceptional folding, gluing, and taping capabilities. The Lamina Gluer 2200’s tool-free setup allows for quick changeovers, ideal for short runs, while the Bobst Expertfold ensures high productivity with minimal fishtailing and gap. These machines support a variety of packaging designs, from straight-line to crash-lock and four- and six-corner capabilities, ensuring high-quality finished products.
For large format packaging and point-of-sale applications, our two Bickers Gluejet 17.25 X/Y geometric pattern gluers and semi-automatic hot-melt gluing machines provide precise and reliable performance. Our Andrew & Suter Supernova speciality gluer is perfect for crash lock and corner glued packaging, enhancing the versatility and quality of our service offerings.
